Subcontract Arrangements


Due to ESFA Funding Rules requirements for sub-contracting, SETA does not use sub-contractors for any elements of the apprenticeship delivery.

We deliver the Technical Qualification alongside the practical training so both can be synchronised ensuring regular weekly contact during the delivery of the BTEC or HNC and other courses.

 To confirm, in the financial year 2023/24,  none of our training is being subcontracted.
