We pride ourselves on bespoke solutions to meet customer requirements and value our highly qualified and skilled workforce who provide quality services and products that not only meet and exceed expectations but are reliable and are precise in nature.
Apprenticeships within our company are very well established with our very first apprentice still working for us some 45 years later! You can read the full story of Michael Wells long service award on our website.
We believe that hiring apprentices is a productive and effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated workforce with succession planning. It allows us to mould and shape skills which are suitable to the company and provide successful applicants the opportunity to gain “on the job” experience from established craftsman. Our expectations are high and the opportunity for personal development and promotion with Inductotherm Heating & Welding and the larger Inductotherm Group are open to hard working individuals.
We are using SETA as our industry partner for our apprenticeships as they provide accredited, industry recognised training to an advanced level and for their achievements and past successes in placing apprentices into industry. We have worked with SETA in the past when they have provided training for our current engineers to successfully gain and maintain their CCNGS Safety Passports which is one of the ongoing training requirements needed in our industry.
