2nd Lockdown - SETA remains open
As an education provider we are staying open during the 2nd lock-down (5 November - 2 December 2020) announced by The Government on 31 October 2020.
SETA would like to reassure our learners, apprentices and employers that keeping everyone safe is our priority. We continue to take all precautions and guidance necessary to ensure that we remain Covid-safe. This is subject to continuous review and guidance.
The following activities will continue to take place in centre at SETA:
~ Commercial Training
~ Apprentice ‘in centre’ (practical workshop training)
~ 1st Year BTEC
Remote Learning
~ 1st & 2nd Year HNC will be via remote learning
~ 2nd Year BTEC will be via remote learning
No visitors
SETA has taken the decision to refrain from accepting 'visitors' until further notice. This is to help protect all parties involved at our Centres.
For clarification, a visitor would be someone coming in to the centre who would not normally attend, such as sales/trades people, representatives from awarding bodies, employers wishing to see their apprentices and workplace apprentices who are required to attend the Centre for progress reviews. Exceptions to this will be trades people who are critical to business needs and delivery drivers dropping off parcels.
